The fourth General Assembly of BeVolunteer is about to happen in Rennes (France) during the first weekend of June (5 - 6th). It is an open meeting, to which you are more than welcome !
During the GA we will look at last year's and the forthcoming budget, review past year's activity, vote for a new board of directors, discuss new ideas and have some fun! Only registered members of BeVolunteer organisation can vote on any of those topics, but everyone is welcome to participate, especially people who have helped or want to help the project to grow and prosper.
A skype chat will be set up for those who cannot make it to Rennes. If you are one of them, please delegate your vote to someone who will be there.
Have a look at this forum thread and tell us if you are coming or not.
The General Assembly has already been announced publicly on the BeWelcome forum; This message has been specificly sent to the members of the BV Volunteer group and to some other volunteers (translators who have done great work this year for example). If you think that there are other people to inform about it, feel free to forward this message to them.

Appologies for the short notice, but please give feedback in the forum if you plan to come to facilitate the organization.
