      1. see: http://www.bevolunteer.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors_(BoD)#The_tasks_in_detail for last term. We need at least a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer, everything else can be defined anew and by adding the role of ombudsman to this term's BoD we have adapted the old system:
        1. Executive: Frank
        2. Treasurer: Thomas, vice-treasurer: Pierre-Charles
        3. Secretary: Claudia
        4. Ombudsman: Jean-Yves <br />The ombudsman is a person who mediates between BV members in case of conflict or complaints, and who reports back to the BoD so that potentially problematic situations can be avoided or solved. Currently, the role is considered by some as a hallmark of an ethical organization and a key component of an integrated dispute resolution system.
