Of course without the spaces before and after the brackets

I think this has been done on purpose, though I can't figure out why. That's indeed pretty much annoying.

Background:
We disabled for security reasons all html and code in our forms. We implemented http://htmlpurifier.org/ which works already great on the "profile summery". We simply have to use it everywhere... :)

Okay, fine that you are going to solve this. You're doing a great work btw.
Is it possible then to put images and web-apps into your profile, like on CS? (I would be against this for several reasons...) Or just the basic tags?
