  Controversy on whether to emphasize one or the other.
• the non-profit / democratic / volunteer side
• participatory aspect: present BW as something that is made/created by its members and not so much a service they can use/consume (suggestion by larifari)

Suggestion: Have a theme for the photo slideshow. We could change the theme every now and then and have members submit one pic each, max 10 pics on a given theme. First proposed theme: "My hometown/place-where-I-live through my eyes".

Must agree on a licence for the pictures.

Not narrowband/mobile friendly.

Consensus on not emphasizing the social/party aspect too much / at all.

Suggestion: Surveying the 200 newest member on what they'd like to see there, periodically. They are likely to have a refreshing POV.
