Regions
There are nine provinces in South Africa. From north to south, they are:
- Limpopo
- Mpumalanga
- North West
- Gauteng
- Northern Cape
- Free State
- KwaZulu-Natal
- Eastern Cape
- Western Cape
Cities
South Africa is unusual in that it has has three capital cities: Cape Town (legislative capital), Pretoria (administrative capital) and Bloemfontein (judicial capital).
