Agenda:

1. Activating non-BV volunteers to become BV member.

• Team coordinators could aproach most active volunteers to see if they are interested in BV membership.
• General newsletter from the BoD written to all volunteers. We need to check if we have the technical tools to mass-mail volunteers.
• A blog post on the BW startpage.

2. Current situation of www.bevolunteer.org

• We will use a wordpress installation as CMS.
• A group was created: http://www.bewelcome.org/groups/479
• Tomawak will help with the design & Pablo will give the hosting.
• Static pages, no blog feature. The content will come mostly from the current wiki pages. There will be some work/experimentation on having a new better design for logo and color scheme.

3. New server for bewelcome

• Current hosting cost could be reduced by using a different company
• The new server will be 4 times more powerful than the current one
• If there is a concensus amongst the admins, we can move

4. Donation campaign

• One annual request for donations campaign "wikipedia-style".
• There will be a special newsletter for this in February
• Donation bar should be activated again and modified according to the donation target as long as the campaign is active

5. Varia

• contact a financial consultant to do a financial audit
