Indeed I think that 83% of ready Spanish version is a very good percentage and it is highly not recommendable to push people if it is not an emergency case Irinka 16:00, 28 June 2007 (CEST)

    • contact Pascal about being delegate for financial information and update the wiki (financial page) (Jean-Yves)DONE (by Florian) - there is the question if the Monnai money discussion needs to be added to the finances page (somehow). Pierre-Charles refers to the wiki finances page for this in a forum thread.
  • 5 Communication with BW members - activating them

Send an Email to all BW members informing them about the new layout, that they now can update their profile (explaining how to do in several languages), welcoming the new logo and apologizing for the spam message (telling them what to do in case of spam - suggestion of Matthias).

It might not be possible at this stage, but it needs to be checked.

Alternatively we can import emails and send mail through a mail program.

  • 6 Communication strategy

Define our communication strategy to attract more members for BW.

    • work on flyers to be printed out (Florian, Giovanni, Micha)DEADLINE: 14th July
    • prepare download platform (Micha)14th July
    • second step: activating translation team to help translating the flyers (Irina)
    • problem: big promotion will cause many new members who will have problems registering due to the geo database...
      • no easy solution, but in general we are ready for some promotion and can start encouraging people to do so
      • check with Philipp about solving geo database problems by 14th July (PEter)
    • prepare news entry about download area (Florian)
  • 7 BW crowd meeting - activating and feedback

Plan another bw volunteers crowd meeting (suggested by Philipp) to tell what is going on (agenda) and other topics
