To Japan without a plane

Starting in East Germany
This is where we live and this is where we started. In Berlin we packed our stuff and took off to Riga... -
Stopping in Riga
We were never there before so we decided to make a stop in Riga first and take a train from there to Moscow. -
Big red city
We only stayed 2 days or so and then took the Transsibirean Railway down to Irkutsk. 4 days of travel in the train. What an experience.. -
The deepest lake in the world
Yep, that's what they say: Lake Baikal is supposed to be the deepest lake in the world. It's also amazingly big and a place of beautiful nature. -
Is Russia part of Europe?
This idea becomes absurd, once you find yourself in Vladivostok, the big eastern city of Russia, on the other side of Asia. -
Corea, we're coming! (Sokch'o)
We weren't welcome in North Corea, so we took a ferry from a place south of Vladivostok to South Corea, to Busan actually. -
Capitol of South Corea
Upon our arrival in Busan, we met Mercè (bw: merce123). After a trip to the surroundings (such as Sorak San), we headed to Seoul together. -
