About me

I'm Sirio.
I'm your typical smart guy who trust people too much, and thinks everybody is a friend. I love to travel around, big and wild landscapes are my favourite targets.

I would define myself a mechanichist, even tho I often let go my feelings / emotions. Expecially in front of a good movie or book (aka, I may cry randomly like a fountain for a ad spot).

I have a tendency to be sarcastic and try to always find the bright side of life. I love to laugh loudly and do things I feel like.. like jumping in water from high rocks, roll down on grass and such.

I also love to listen to ppl and their opinions and analyze ideas with logic till their bits.

My interests

Hobbies:

Travellign, jumping, going on adventure, watching movies, reading books, talk to people.

Books:

1984, 2001 a space odissey. I loved Baricco's books (Italian author). I love to ask people about the books they loved, and see the light the shines in their eyes when they describe something they loved.

Films:

I usually like introspective movies.. and the weird ones, like some japanese ones without much sense at all. :) I also love anime and lot of stuff I can't even summarize in this little box. Put me in front of a screen with a movie on and I would get stuck till the end. I get really involved too.. so if they are funny I would probably laugh loud.. and loud also applies to my screams for horror movies... and I gotta say I don't like movies with a sad ending, expecially the ones about murders and such.. they really drag me down and can loose my sleep for days.

Travel experiences

Past trips:

I've been to almost all Europe.
Italy (I would say almost everywhere), France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands (I've lived here for more than a year and a half), Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania (went there several times), Hungary (3 short times - need to go there again), Greece. I also took a 2-and-a-half months trip to India

Planned trips:

August 2012: North Cape.
I'm gonna cross all Europe, starting from the 5th of August till the end of the month. I'm looking for accommodation in Switzerland, Germany, Denmark and Sweden! :) I've already several ppl hosting me in Norway and Sweden, but I miss germans and swiss ;)
