Toub kidnapped me and took me to a Balkan music festival. Luckily, this is my idea of heaven.
Later he tricked me into a an amazing bike ride, and some kind of strange fish party.
Toub also taught me about the traditional Toulouse breakfast, which has now become part of my day to day life. Be sure to ask him about it :)
Amazing host and a great guy. I hope to see you in NZ one day - or Toulouse again. Bonne route!

At a music festival in Madrid
Great company, great vibe. Great music. The next day was also awesome walking in the Rastro and lazing in Retiros's park enjoying the sun and the good conversation.

I hosted him and his friend for 3 days at my house in Benin.
Good communicator about plans before arriving. Friendly, considerate, easy to get along with, takes a real interest in getting to know local people and places. It was a pleasure and easy having Toub as a guest!

Brussels hackathon @ Kasper's place!
Kasper organized a spontaneous hackathon at his place in Brussels, and it was a good opportunity to meet new BeWelcome members and hitchhikers, enjoy his delicious vegetarian food, drink a lot of Belgian beer, and of course trying to hack BeWelcome Web site!

We first met at the BW apero/tapas meeting in Toulouse, then we hosted them along with Nicogru for a mountain hiking weekend (It was a meeting of 3 Nicos!)
I had the pleasure to spend some time with Nico and Evelin. They love good food and wine, travels and Mountain hiking and are really committed to the life of the local BW group. Next time we go to Toulouse, we catch up with you guys!

We first met in Toulouse at a BW gathering...and then they came to stay at our place in Esquièze.
Toub and Evelin came along with another Toulouse BW to stay for the weekend at our place in Esquièze, bringing the population of Nico's in the village to 3.
We enjoyed sharing with them some our favourite walks, views and watering holes...and they introduced us to a new approach to hiking that I like very much: la rando gourmande!!
Toub and Eveline are a gentle couple, full of enthusiasm and friendship and it was a pleasure to spend time with them - can't wait to see you again soon!

Nico along with Evelin hosted me and Javi in Toulouse
Nico, along with Evelin, are very reliable, more than generous and super hospitable people. We felt really at home in their cozy home, treat as with yummy food. It was just amazing to talk such amount of topics, from Centroamerica, to economics, society... you won't get bored with them, as they are really smart and with a very beautiful approach in their way of living. I wish you really good luck with all your projects and I just hope we can meet again, wherever, Toulouse, Madrid or Barcelona. You have the doors of my place always open!

On s'est juste rencontré 2 fois, mais chacune d'elle il y avait des sourires, des yeux palpitants et du bon vin.
