Description

This group is for BW members who would like to help with the support of this website. This means: - answering feedback from users in a friendly and correct way, - writing, maintaining, up-dating FAQ- helping users on the forum - communicating problems to other volunteer groups.

If you want to get active, have a look at the group wiki and follow instructions there.

If after some time you feel you won't be able to contribute to the Support Team anymore, please remove yourself from the group and/ or let the team coordinators know.
