Searchbar Encoding Error in Chinese (zh)

Hey,

I'm one of the Chinese translators, and I've found that entering “搜索……” (which means "search" in Chinese) looks fine in the translation field, saves properly, but displays improperly (with crazy symbols etc) in the actual search bar. At least it appears that way in Chrome.

 Anyone confirm this error in the Chinese interface? What to do? (中文, 汉语, 漢語 )

I can confirm this error. (Firefox, Opera, Chrome)

There might be a problem with character encoding. I created a ticket http://bevolunteer.org/trac/ticket/1404.
