Belgium Summer Camp happens every year in the Ardennes in southern Belgium. The region is regarded as the wildest area with plenty of extensive forests and rolling hills. This year (2013), the camp will happen for the 3d time in a row between August 26th - September.2nd. Book your flight tickets, start searching your road mates, it gonna be a blast!

If you wanna come by train, the campsite is 10 km further from the train station "Melreux-Hotton". A bus drops you not far from the camp. We have also planned pickups from the train station to the campsite for the late comers .

Please note that the camp is in wild style. Therefore, we do not provide any basic facilities such as running water, shower, electricity, however we have planned to set up a composting toilet or a latrine and conventional toilet. A river is crossing the camp, so just jump on for shower but be aware, only organic soap is allowed.

At the camp, you can take part in different activities:

- Hiking in the surrounding villages
- Visiting Micro-brewries
- Chocolate museum
- Kayaking, rafting
- Climbing
- Soccer game, volleyball
- Chilling out
- Barbecue
- Swimming
- Rock climbing
- And of course party all the night around campfire

Pease bring:
kitchen stuff: spoon, fork, knife, wine opner, salt, sugar, condiments, cup and plate, skewers, cutting board, Ziplock bags,
Camping material: tent or tarp, oil lamp, flashlight, fire starters/newspaper, ax, tipi's, hammock, shovel, folding table, rope, jerrycans, sleeping bag, extra blankets (the weather can be cold at night ),towel, warm socks.
Tools for workshops, drawing and painting material, volleybal net, candles.
Acoustical musical instruments, guitar, trumpet, your favorite lyrics & music notes.
Natural medicine and healing stuff
Swimsuit, rain gear, flip-flpops, hiking shoes, compass, sunglasses, bikes, sunscreen, water gun, tennis racquets.

Please leave at home:
Drugs, electrical and electronical equipment, chemical soap, washing powder, stove, animals, weapons...

We wil have belgian beers for sale for a lowest price but you can buy yours as well at the nearby supermarket.
At the camp, we have the tradition of sharing, so we buy food and we cook together around a BBQ.
