Seek the Duck - A BW Toulouse event

Hi London fellows !

How about a Toulouse invasion under the sign of the Duck over a bright week-end, from Wedensday the 9th of May to Sunday the 13th? It will be a great opportunity to meet our local group and old friends and to make new ones. And, of course, to party and have great fun all together.

A lot of entertaining activities organized by toulousian hosts will take place. They include tasty meals, a bunch of nice little gigs, a big barbecue, an international picnic, a pub-crawl, a hike in the Pyrenees and much more to be discovered in the detailed program! An official webpage has been created, where you’ll find the detailed program or information about how to come to Toulouse: have a look at it! There is also a BW forum where you’ll find some updates, car-sharing propositions, etc.

Dear friends and travelers coming to the toulouse "Seek the Duck" event in May

 

Two updates:

 

- First, if you want to go to the Rugby match Toulouse-Montpellier, the best would be to contact Laurent before saturday noon, before he books the ticket. Later, you would have to buy the ticket by yourself and you would maybe not have the opportunity to get a seat nearby! More details here: http://www.bewelcome.org/forums/s2148

- Second point:

Ben, Franek and Laurent offer you to have dinner at their place on Friday evening.
Both dinners will be around duck and require prior registration via paypal. There are 10 seats available for each.

 

With Ben and Franek:

  • Duck Foie gras
  • Velouté d'Orties (nettles)
  • Sous-vide Duck Magret and homemade pasta
  • Chocolate Fondants , Crème Anglaise and homemade macha tea Ice Cream
  • Wine

 

10 seats, 12 euros

 

with Laurent:

 

  • Dried Duck Magret
  • Duck barbecue: Duck Magret, sausage, hearts, manchons ...
  • Wine

 

10 seats, 11 euros
