We soon must have a volunteer café, the date is to be define, but i think the first thing is to define the three most important subjects to discuss.
Nota: Volunteers café are chat discussions, they are open to everyone who wants to contribute to BeWelcome (it is not restricted to BeVolunteers members)
I would propose:

- D: adjusting Bewelcome's core message, making it THE (open source) sustainable travel community.

I you want to introduce a new subject, just describe it shortly with a new letter E) (they are certainly many ones, groups, finances, etc)
After, let say one week, I propose that we define a volunteer café date and hour. We will only keep the three most popular subjects, and the café will discuss them the most popular first.
Before we reach the date of the café, we will try to feed the discussion in some dedicated forum thread to prepare a bit.
