Ok, a newsletter for June 2009 has been drafted on the volunteer wiki (it was started before the new group tool was operational. Next time we do it in the group wiki, promise :) ). Please have a look, add some stuff, edit some stuff, put a bit of yourself in it. Link: http://bevolunteer.org/wiki/Newsletter_june_09#English

 Deadlines:

On Monday 17th at 23:59, the editing of the English version must stop, so that the translators can start working (don't start translating before, the original might change). Translation will be open for any language until the 20th at 23:59. Then we will send a first test-batch. The real newsletter should be broadcasted on the 22nd sometime in the day.

Great initiative! Did you mean monday, 15th? or wednesday, 17th? Anyway, the timetable sounds good

Ah well, true, the 17th is a wednesday. I guess I was distracted...

And that's today!  So lets get it moving. Go there, edit, move, change, hack, put a bit of yourself in that newsletter.  And when the clock strikes midnight... Translation!

Ok. 6 hours more for translation. I know it doesn't look like it, but there is already a French version, so no need for this language.

I ve just  added the spanish version but I m afraid it s not very good work.

I would be very happy if some native speaker would check and corect it.

I have loaded the english, German one and made a french one from the wiki:

 

results are visibile here

I think it is ready to send

can someone confirm each text for each available language ?

Please keep to the original deadline. I'm pretty sure the spanish version will be ready before midnight.

 Its just that it is pretty unique so I can use it everywhere - even if it s hard to remember ;)

Thats probably as well why you at first did not remember me at the BBC ;)

I ve reedited a bit the spanish version so I think it might go through now ...

Neo82 and a mexican friend checked the spellingof the spanish version.

Now its ready for getting sent.

The Dutch version is also ready for publication.
