tags separation hint is missing

Hey there,

 In order to avoid users messing up their tags, we should add a hint above the Tags Box that a comma is to be used to separate tags.

I think this is an issue for translation/adminwords (?)

Ah true... Actually I could do that then ;)

But I'm sure there is a proper tech word for this 'separator' ? (I mean one that normal people also understand ;) )

It was told that the whole forum application has been made compatible with the adminwords-function. Looking at some template-files now, this is certainly not true.

We will take care of that the next days.  Sorry for the inconvenience!
