Hi Toulousains fellows !
How about welcoming the BW Community to gather with us under the sign of the Duck over a bright week-end, from Friday the 11th of May to Monday the 14th ? It will be a great opportunity to impulse life and activity in our local group and to meet old friends and make new ones. And, of course, to party and have great fun all together.
A lot of entertaining activities organized by toulousian hosts will take place. They include tasty meals, a bunch of nice little gigs, a big barbecue, an international picnic, a pub-crawl, and much more to be discovered in the detailed programm !
You are welcome to participate in several ways :
-just come and enjoy yourself
-spread the word to your friends
-host participants
-give a hand to the organisation over the week-end
-suggest and organize extra activities and events (the terms of these activities will be of your choice : you can limit the number of participants, ask for a financial contribution to cover the costs, etc.)
An official webpage has been created, where you’ll find the detailed program or information about how to come to Toulouse : have a look at it! A new tab dedicated to people willing to participate to the organization in any way will soon be added. There is also a BW forum where you’ll find some updates, car-sharing propositions, etc.

Qu’est ce que vous diriez d’inviter la communauté Bewelcome à se joindre à nous sous le signe du Canard, le temps d’un long week-end : du vendredi 11 au lundi 14 Mai? Ca sera une belle opportunité de dynamiser le groupe Toulouse, de retrouver de vieux amis et de s’en faire de nouveaux! Et bien, sur, de faire la fête tous ensemble.
De nombreuses activités seront organisées par les toulousains (et par vous?) . Petit échantillon : de délicieux repas collectifs, un panel de petits concerts sympas, un grand barbecue, un picnic international ou encore un barathon. Découvrez en bien plus encore sur le programme détaillé!
La participation de chacun est bienvenue et encouragée. Il peut s’agir de :
-participer à l’event et s’amuser, tout simplement
-passer le mot
-héberger des participants
-donner un coup de main pour l’organisation et la logistique pendant le week-end
-proposer et organiser des activités supplémentaires (dont les conditions d’organisation dépendront de vous : nombre de participanbts, participation financière, préinscription, etc...)
Une page web officielle est en ligne. Vous y trouverez entre autre le programme détaillé, et très bientôt un onglet dédié à ceux désirant s’investir dans l’organisation d’une façon ou d’une autre. Un forum Bewelcome ou seront postées updtates, discussions informelles ou encore offres de covoiturages a également été créé. N’hésitez pas à y participer!
