I'm Polish but I've been to Prague. It is a wonderful place. It is old with totally its own atmosphere, it's beautiful. There are many interesting places to visit there. Many interested people lived there and live there now. There are many tiny streets, You cam walk and walk and from time to time step into iou can meet people and drink famous Czech beer (if You like beer at all). There are a lot of artists, theatres and museums too. This is continental climate there so You can expect heavy rain and burnig, sunny days too. In summer it is mostly very easy wheather cause it is south from Poland which I think is colder place.
People are mostly friendly. Of course like everywhere You can meet bad situations but it never happened to me and I've been to Czech Rep. couple of times.
I don't know anything bout job but this place is kind of European so civilized.
I recommend Prague for sure
