Hello BeWelcome members, volunteers, wave catchers, hcpf’s, hugging group, pineapple friends and all others,

We will do it once again in 2010!!! :)

Let’s celebrate the 4th KLÖDEN LATE SUMMER CAMP with undisturbed party’s in
the middle of a beautiful landscape. Klöden is a little lovely German village.
Familiar atmosphere with addicted hospitality members and far from any semblance
of civilization ;) there will be enough space for chatting, chilling out,
swimming, doing nothing and having a great time together…

When: September 10 – September 13, 2010
Where: Germany, Klöden Festplatz (Dorfstraße, 06917 Klöden)
What: Workshops, adventures, lot of fun, cultural exchange, music, singing
Who: CS, HC,BW members and friends
Why: you must come and than you will see ;)

planned highlights:
- fresh bread backing workshop for our all lunch
- swimming contest in the lake
- famous Klöden sightseeing tour #4

and much more…

This event as all hospitality meetings, live from its participants. Get active and start a workshop, presentation, activity etc. (if you need something I will try to organize it for you - let me know before)

short update. We have already 2 guys/groups for the music! One is more experimental style:

Current status for the camp: We plan the details of the "famous sightseeing tour without sights but some surprises" ;-)

What could you do to help out before the camp: spread the word about the camp (www.kloedencamp.org) via facebook or reply in this thread.

Dear Klöden Campers and friends,

another short update about the Camp preparation process.

We have already some creative ideas with lot's of activities involved
...for the famous "Klöden sightseeing tour without sights but some
surprises".

Also there will be an workshop organized by the participant "sush" (http://www.kloedencamp.org/users/sush).

If you are creative with painting and would like to join the workshop
give us a short reply in the following forum thread:

If you have some great ideas for Workshops, Music, Performances simply
write into this forum: http://www.kloedencamp.org/forum/2 or write an
email to orga@kloedencamp.org

There will be great cooking activity's like every year. Pizza backing, bread backing, soup cooking etc.

Dear Campers,

another short camp update.
Last weeks we organized some firewood for the fireplace and also a couch for the hall. Don’t worry about the weather. Our ferry hall is large enough for hundreds of people in case it will be partly cloudy. Participation could be a bit higher so why don’t you ask one of your friends to join the weekend of fun. I also would like to remind you to register everyone who is going to participate this year. This is important for the planning before the camp. Some of you asked about a pick up in the train station in Jessen. Simply write an email to us before the camp about your arrival date and/or send a sms (look into my profile) during the camp. If you would like to share a ride or if you would like to find a travel companion you can use this forum: http://www.kloedencamp.org/forum/3.
