Post-Easter fixes released

Dear members,

We kept pushing more and more things into this release, changed the date a few times, but finally it is here! The most important changes:

  • Fixed reporting of profile comments, note the new flag button on comment pages
  • Added group name and link to recent forum posts list on personal start page
  • Changed (increased) message sending limits for new users and always allow replies to messages

See the detailed changelog for some technical background and 10 more smaller changes and developer related improvements.

Regarding reporting of comments please note that if you have reported problematic comments in the past and have not heard back from us, please report them again by clicking on the flag symbol. This time you can be sure that we receive your feedback. ;)

For the next release we have not set tasks or a focus yet, so please tell us in the comments below what you think is most important to be fixed next!

May non-profit hospitality exchange prevail! :)

I'm for a "hospex season" release. As already started by mahouni we focus on hospex-usability-fixes. All tickets for a pleasant trip for our beloved travellers .... ;-)

The search tool needs probably some improvement, and the switch to open street map would be lovely too

and the trip tool, I hate to say this but CS has done some good improvements on that area and our trip tool sucks a lot.

Long-time problem: can we set a cookie for users that want to remain logged in?

I guess the usual «remember me» check-box in the login page will do.

i spent 6 hours, and uploaded two photos. that hurts. i also reported the bug three times and that would not go through either. the upload tool is really buggy.

isafakir, maybe the pictures you wanted too upload are to big? There is a file size limit of 2MB for each photo.

hi isa, i can upload no problem. could you please open a thread in the bugs group for this so we can get to the bottom of it and write a ticket?
