Somehow I did get a story about some atomare waste. Chauchescu once did buy some atomare waste. It was a train full. Than some guys did rubber one waggon and sold the atomare waste as painture for houses to other people. The people did even paint there houses and on the end maybe 200 people died in the delta because of getting ill from the atomic waste...
